Shipping

Your items will ship within 3 days of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your purchase. If you have any questions about your order, please send me an email at angie@pangeahandmade.com.

Shipping is via the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. If your shipping address is within the domestic United States, you will get an email notification with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

If your order total exceeds $200 USD, your package will also be sent with Delivery Insurance.

Eco-Friendly Materials

I ship all items safely and securely wrapped in eco-friendly, bio-degradable bubble wrap and placed in a recycled-paper kraft bubble mailer for double protection and eco-friendliness. Shipping materials received from various other outlets are reused whenever possible. Gift wrap is made with recycled paper and cardboard, as well as paper ribbon. Please consider reusing any packaging and gift-wrapping boxes/paper you can to further the earth-friendliness of the materials! :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with any item you purchase from Pangea Handmade, please send me an email at angie@pangeahandmade.com within 3 days of receiving the item and I will be happy to discuss refund/exchange arrangements with you. However, if the item needs to be shipped back to me, you will need to pay the shipping one-way.
